Fusion Aesthetics is an advanced aesthetic and wellness clinic based in Sheerness, Kent. Founded by husband and wife Kaz and Mark Rendall, the clinic was built on a foundation of genuine expertise, a passion for delivering exceptional results, and a commitment to making every client feel truly cared for.
Kaz's journey into aesthetics began with a decision to retrain in the beauty industry, fusing her medical knowledge with advanced aesthetic techniques. Over the years, Fusion Aesthetics grew from a small private clinic into the high street clinic it is today, a destination for clients who want results they can trust, delivered by practitioners who truly understand the body.
With over 14 years of experience in advanced aesthetics and professional skincare, our focus has always been on skin health, natural results and long-term client confidence. We believe that confidence comes from feeling as good as you look, and that every client deserves a treatment journey that is tailored specifically to them.

Kaz Rendall
Kaz is the clinical heart of Fusion Aesthetics. With a career in emergency medicine spanning over 31 years, she brings a depth of medical knowledge and hands-on clinical expertise that is truly rare in the aesthetics industry.
Kaz began her journey with the ambulance service before qualifying as an HCPC-registered Paramedic Practitioner — a role she has held with distinction throughout her career. She went on to work for two years in a busy Accident & Emergency department, developing the kind of calm, precise decision-making that now defines her approach to every client consultation.
Her passion for clinical education led her to become a Station Officer and Clinical Education Manager within the NHS, where she designed and delivered advanced training programmes for healthcare professionals. She also held Associate Lecturer positions at two universities, teaching on the Paramedic Science programme and shaping the next generation of emergency clinicians.
It was this powerful combination of medical authority and a desire to help people look and feel their best that led Kaz to retrain in advanced aesthetics — fusing over 14 years of specialist aesthetic experience with her exceptional clinical foundation.
Her approach is thorough, considered and deeply personal. Kaz takes the time to understand each client’s skin, their goals and their concerns, creating treatment plans that deliver real, lasting results. Her expertise spans advanced laser technology, injectable aesthetics, skin health and the full breadth of treatments available at the clinic.

Sam is an integral part of the experience at Fusion Clinic, playing a key role in ensuring every client journey is seamless from start to finish. As Front of House and Personal Assistant to Kaz, she brings a calm, organised presence that underpins the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Working meticulously behind the scenes, Sam prepares each clinic day to the highest standard—coordinating appointments, managing schedules, preparing detailed paperwork, and supporting both clients and the team with quiet efficiency. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure that every treatment runs effortlessly, allowing clients to fully relax and enjoy their time at Fusion.
As the first point of contact, Sam is known for her genuinely warm and friendly nature. She creates an immediate sense of ease, making every client feel welcomed, valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. With over a decade of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Emma is a skilled beautician and body piercer specializing in a variety of services, including nails, waxing, and lash lifts. Prior to embracing her passion for beauty, she worked as a dedicated dental nurse for 13 years, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to client comfort and care.
Her extensive background in dental care has uniquely shaped her approach to beauty, blending precision, hygiene, and a client-first mentality into every service she provides. Whether it’s creating stunning nail designs, delivering flawless waxing treatments, or enhancing natural lashes, Emma is known for her professional yet friendly approach that ensures every client leaves feeling confident and pampered.
Always passionate about learning and expanding her expertise, Emma is currently training in advanced treatments such as laser hair removal and tattoo removal. She is also continually enhancing her skills with the wide range of facial treatments offered at Fusion Aesthetics, staying up to date with the latest innovations in skincare and aesthetics.

Lorraine is an experienced and highly skilled brow artist, with over 8 years of expertise in the field. She specialises in cosmetic eyebrow tattooing, eyebrow tinting and waxing, and glycolic cosmetic eyebrow tattoo removal.Known for her friendly yet professional manner, Lorraine offers a bespoke brow service designed around each client’s individual needs and desired results. Her passion for excellence, combined with her commitment to ongoing training and development, ensures that every client receives the highest level of care and expertise.Customer satisfaction is at the centre of Lorraine’s work, and she prides herself on delivering beautiful results while ensuring every client feels comfortable, confident, and completely satisfied.
Brooke is a dedicated and passionate therapist who brings both skill and warmth to the clinic. Since beginning her journey in Fusion 4 years ago, she has continuously invested in her professional development, completing advanced training across a range of treatments including nails, eyelash enhancements, Hydrafacial, Studex Piercing and teeth whitening.
Brooke is proactive and interested in clients skin health. Becoming fully trained in using our advanced skin analysis technology. She provides thorough, personalised consultations, helping clients understand their skin in depth and guiding them toward the most effective treatment plans to achieve visible, long lasting results.
Brooke is known for her friendly and approachable nature, ensuring every client feels comfortable, confident and well cared for from the moment they arrive. Her commitment to both results and client experience makes her a valued member of the clinic team.

With over 8 years of experience in dermatology, Jade brings a strong clinical background to Fusion Health and Aesthetics. Working as a Dermatology Assistant within the NHS, supporting both clinic work and surgical procedures, before progressing to Teledermatology Coordinator for North Kent.
She has also worked in aesthetic skincare in a prestigious Mayfair clinic, gaining experience in advanced, results driven skin treatments. As a qualified HCA and phlebotomist, she specialises in PRP therapy alongside laser treatments, skin rejuvenation facials and body contouring.
Known for her warm and professional approach, Jade is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin through effective, non invasive treatments tailored to each individual.
